ITOK has been established with the EPC approach and is active in providing technical and engineering services in the field of oil and gas, energy and civil engineering projects (roads and buildings). The company is trying to achieve the following goals by using the capabilities of young and experienced personnel as well as using hardware facilities and advanced industrial machinery, and following new management methods:<\/p>\n

  1. Promoting and providing satisfaction for its customers and employers through accomplishing the projects with high quality.<\/li>\n
  2. Commitment to accomplishing qualified projects on time and correspond to the project’s schedule.<\/li>\n
  3. Improving the knowledge for safety and reducing work-related accidents through the necessary training and the use of safe and standard equipment.<\/li>\n
  4. Developing the human capital and boosting employee’s satisfaction by creating a productive work environment and providing a positive environment for their growth and goal attainment.<\/li>\n
  5. Trying to build motivation, fostering collaboration as the most valued asset of the company.<\/li>\n
  6. Continuous increase of technical and equipment capacity as well as efficient use of resources by using modern technology and methods.<\/li>\n
  7. Gaining more domestic market share and trying to enter the international marketing such as the countries of the Persian Gulf.<\/li>\n
  8. Strong commitment to the efficient use of national resources and the preservation of the environment.<\/li>\n
  9. To create, transfer and develop the commercial and industrial technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In order to achieve the above goals, ITOK has designed its policy and activities based on the stability, performance and maintenance of quality management system in accordance with international standards, and with mutual understanding between our partners the achievement of the desired policy is probable and achievable for ITOK.
