The quality management system is implemented in all stages of engineering and implementation of the company’s projects, according to written instructions. This system is based on global standards and consists of control management and quality assurance of its components. This system has goals defined in the organization to be able to measure the effectiveness of the company’s goals. The policy and implementation axes of the quality management system in ITOK are as follows.
